Shogun Surfing is proud to present our new range handmade Stand Up Paddleboards with Kevlar. Kevlar is a super strong synthetic fiber due to its high tensile strength-to-weight ratio, specifically 5 times stronger than steel on equal weight basis, it has numerous applications ranging from racing sails and body armor to Eurofighter panels and wings.

At Shogun, we strive for excellence and always seek improvements upon our service and products, we use Kevlar to reinforce our new range of Stand Up Paddleboards not only for its strength, but also for its durability and heat resistant properties, coupled with fibreglass sheets overlapping at the rails, making our new range boards stronger than ever.

Kevlar reinforcement is currently available on the Hayabusa and Spectrum series stand up paddleboards.
